We’re excited to tell you about our new company: ConductorOne.
At ConductorOne, we’re on a mission to unify permission management for the web and modern infrastructure. We’ve seen teams trade-off productivity for the sake of compliance; trade-off utility for security; trade-off user experience for governance. We know everyone wants least privilege, automation, and delegation, but this dream can feel out of reach. Permission management and governance for the cloud is broken and we’re going to make it better.
One of our core beliefs is that you don’t have to trade usability for security.
We know this is achievable because at Okta and ScaleFT we built products that delivered both. Permission management in the cloud could use some of that thinking. Between your identity provider, HR system, ticketing, and CI pipelines, some automation is in place, but it’s incomplete. You still have manual processes and approvals. Many users are over-permissioned and their lifecycle isn’t managed. There’s no central auditing capability. Getting new access can be onerous and time consuming.
You know there’s a better way. We do too. And we want to help.
We’re looking for the people and connections to build ConductorOne: product development partners with pain, collaborators who want to share ideas, and team members who want to be a part of an adventure. If that’s you, please send us a note: founders@conductorone.com
